Typically, keys arrive in your inbox immediately upon purchase. Please make sure you enter the correct email address when making a purchase. If your key hasn’t arrived in your inbox, please check your spam folder or promotions inbox (if you have one).
CD Keys, accounts and activations can be obtained quickly and easily!
When purchasing at Key-zone as a guest, you will receive an email to your mailbox with your unique CD Key code.
When purchasing as a customer, you will receive an email with a link to collect your unique CD Key code, account details or instructions on how to activate. You can also log in to your Key-zone account and view previous codes and orders.
It’s unusual for this to happen, but sometimes the email about your key can get caught in your spam folder. Please check both your spam folder and your promotions inbox (if you have one) for your email.
If you purchased with either PayPal or Apple Pay, please check the email account associated with these payment methods if it’s different to the one you selected when checking out.
If your key hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes of your order, please contact our friendly support team. They will assist you.
For pre-order games, we typically share the key via email on the day of release shortly before or after the official release date.
We will process your refund request if it satisfies our eligibility criteria:
The product key/s have not been redeemed.
The refund request was submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
Meets other stipulations stated in our Terms and Conditions
If your refund request is approved; you can be refunded via an instant gift card refund, or to your original payment method (up to 10 business days to reflect).
